1. Roomba iRobot i3+ from iRobot EVO
The i3+ EVO is similar to its sibling i3 EVO. They differ only in that the i3+ comes with self-emptying capabilities. The i3+ is a good alternative for those who want a a fully automated, hands-off cleaning experience, but are willing to manually empty the dustbin of the robot when it is full.
Both robots are proficient at picking up surface dirt on carpets and hard floors and are able to navigate around furniture and other obstacles. iAdapt navigation software creates smart maps of your home that help the i3+ EVO navigate and clean in a way that maximizes efficiency. The i3+ doesn't have the same obstacle avoidance capabilities as the i7+ or other top-rated robots that we tested. It may be stuck on power cords and socks and have trouble moving between different surfaces, like carpet and hardwood.
iRobot suggests that you clean the area around the i3+ EVO vacuums before using it. This includes putting away any toys or other clutter it might encounter. It's also a good idea to keep the bin and filter clear so they don't become clogged with dirt. If the i3+ EVO's internal bin is full or the battery is empty, it returns to its docking station and automatically emptying its dirt into the station's dust bin and then resumes cleaning where it left off. Battery life is about an hour and a half of constant usage. It takes three hours to fully charge.
2. Roomba from iRobot
The iRobot Roomba i7+ is the most powerful model in iRobot's flagship line and is equipped with the most recent features. It's self-charging and self-navigating. the most crucial feature of all -- it has self-emptying bins that eliminate one of the main sources of maintenance for any robot vacuum.

In our testing the i7+ was more agile and faster than our top choice and the eufy RoboVac G30, and it picked up large pieces of pet hair from all surfaces kinds including carpeting. The main advantage it has over the Eufy is the self-emptying bin, which removes major maintenance sources and lowers the cost of recurring maintenance.
We were also impressed with the i7+'s compatibility with best amazon vacuum Alexa or Google Assistant AI services. We used these services to instruct the robot on how to start, stop, or pause cleaning sessions as well as move around the room, and to vacuum a particular area. The iRobot Home App made it easy to connect the i7+ with these services. We were able, once connected, to speak commands to the i7+, like "Hey Alexa vacuum the master bedroom." The iRobot Home App also offers options for managing i7+ settings and evaluating performance.

The V10's biggest drawback is its short run time. As CR's tests have shown, its advertising claims of up to 60 minutes are not true. This is an average and not a remarkable run time for a battery-powered cordless vac. This is enough time to vacuum a typical-sized home, but not enough to reach every spot. (A second pass is usually sufficient). This doesn't mean that this model doesn't have its advantages It's lighter and more maneuverable than older cordless Dysons and its vacuuming efficiency is better on low-pile carpet.
